CNG & Biogas Vehicle training in Iceland

RAP Clean Vehicle Technology will organise a CNG & Biogas Vehicle Training in Iceland at October 11. The generic training will give information about fuel characteristics, CNG / Biogas components and system technology, regulations, repair and maintenance, safety as well information about vehicle workshops for conversion and repair of those vehicles.

RAP Clean Vehicle Technology represents xperion on BeNeLux, UK and the Scandinavian markets

RAP Clean Vehicle Technology represents the company xperion on the BeNeLux, United Kingdom and Scandinavian markets for their X-STORE Transport modules for CNG and Compressed Bio-Methane. The light weight transportunits with full composite cylinders are available as 20' container or 40' trailer or customized to your requirements. Due to the unique concept they can transport gas quantities up to factor three compared to conventional transport containers.

RAP Clean Vehicle Technology builds OEM Biogas Tractor

In cooperation with the OEM Tractor manufacturer AGCO Valtra, RAP Clean Vehicle Technology currently is building and testing a Biogas Tractor with Dual-Fuel Diesel-Biogas system. The Common Rail Diesel engine will run on circa 70 to 80% Biogas that replaces the Diesel fuel. The tractor has been officially launched on the Borgeby Fältdagar (June 30 & July 1 2010) in Sweden.

Feasibility Study about Biogas Tractors and Off-Road Equipment in Sweden

Together with Biogas Syd, SGC, E.ON and some other steakholders on the Swedish Biogas Market RAP Clean Vehicle Technology will execute a feasibility study about Biogas Tractors and Off-Road equipment.
RAP Clean Vehicle Technology will write the chapters about vehicle technology, small scale refueling and give input on smale scale biogas upgrading and the transport of compressed biogas. For further information please contact RAP Clean Vehicle Technology.

RAP Clean Air Products participated on Biogas Tractor conference in Halmstad, Sweden

In March RAP Clean Air Products contributed to the conference on Biogas Tractors organized by Biogas Syd and SGC in Sweden. RAP Clean Air Products will explain the further steps on its development program of Dual Fuel biogas tractors.

RAP Clean Air Products develops training material for innovam

For HTM in The Hague innovam groep will train all the bus drivers and mechanics. RAP Clean Air Products will develop all the training material for innovam.
Further RAP Clean Air Products will execute the technical trainings for the HTM workshop technicians as well execute a "train-the-trainer" session for the innovam trainers.

For the Gemeente Groningen RAP Clean Air Products, trained the technical staff to work safely on CNG and Biogas vehicles.
Further RAP Clean Air Products, together with Zero-e organised a workshop "Rijden op aardgas en biogas" for the authorities of the Gemeente Groningen.

RAP Clean Air Products consults for Vehicle Manufacturer

For an European manufacturer of on-road and off-road cleaning vehicles RAP Clean Air Products consults in the design of their new CNG vehicle. Further RAP Clean Air Products will consult on the production facility to produce those vehicles and train the service staff, the production staff and commercial staff.

RAP Clean Air Products exhibited the Fendt 306 biogas tractor in Borgeby Sweden

On June 25 & 26 the biogas tractor converted by RAP Clean Air Products was exhibited at the Borgeby Faltdager (www.borgebyfaltdagar.se) in cooperation with LTO Noord (Netherlands) E.ON Sweden and Biogas Syd (Sweden). Also information about small scale biogas upgrading and biogas refuelling has been given. See also under "recent activities" to learn more about the Dual-Fuel biogas tractor project.

RAP Clean Air Products trains the dealernetwork of Renault Germany to do LPG conversions.

For Renault Germany RAP Clean Air Products will train the dealer network for the conversion of LPG systems. Together with the TÜV and the Renault Schulungsinstitut several dealers in the dealer network will also be certified according GAP and GSP.

RAP Clean Vehicle Technology execute CNG & Hydrogen Workshop and training for Innovam

For Innovam, a Dutch Knowledge and Training Institute for the automotive sector, RAP Clean Vehicle Technology will execute a series of workshops "Rijden op Aardgas en Waterstof" (Natural Gas and Hydrogen as vehicle fuel), as well a series of training "CNG-Basis" and "CNG-Technicus".

RAP Clean Air Products now member from NWV and FC&H2 Network NRW

RAP Clean Air Products now is member of the "Nederlandse Waterstof Vereniging" (Dutch Hydrogen Association) and the "Kompetenz-Netzwerk Brennstoffzelle und Wasserstoff NRW" (Fuelcell and Hydrogen Network North-Rhine-Westfalia, Germany).

Both the NWV as well the NRW Network look after the interest of the Hydrogen industry.

RAP Clean Air Products trains for Dutch Fire Brigades

Together with Achterkamp Bedrijfsopleidingen, RAP Clean Air Products trains the fire fighters within the Netherlands about Natural Gas and Hydrogen vehicles.
The training is devided in a theoretical part (CNG, LNG, CGH2 and LH2 vehicles) and a praxis part on real NGV's.
Although the training is in particular developed for fire fighters, it also is applicable for CNG filling station staff, emergency services and everybody involved in (potential) accident handling with NGV's and Hydrogen vehicles.
